Congratulations Renee Brannon!

In recognition of exceptional achievements within Mississippi State University’s research community, NRTC Business Manager Renee Brannon was honored with the 2017 Centers and Institutes Research Support Award. Renee was among more than 50 MSU staff, faculty, and students recognized during the annual program held on April 27th. The Office of Research and Economic Development (ORED) co-hosted the Annual Research Awards Banquet with the Division of Agriculture, Forestry, and Veterinary Medicine to honor those who support expansive, campus-wide research accomplishments.

A graduate of Mississippi State, Renee returned in April 2015 to join the NRTC as business manager. She is responsible for all financial aspects of the department’s grant funding, as well as assisting with budgets for proposal submissions. Her oversight and guidance is integral to the success of the Center.
