Vision Specialists Beat the Heat

B.J. LeJeune (RRTC Training Coordinator) recently spent a week in Raleigh, NC with rehabilitation counselors and supervisors from around the state. "Although the weather was mighty hot, the group's enthusiasm and desire to learn whatever they could to serve their consumers better kept us going through the long, hot days of training," said LeJeune. The training was a "special run" of MSU-RRTC's Vision Specialist in Vocational Rehabilitation program arranged by the state of North Carolina Division of Services for the Blind.

Applications are being accepted now through September 30 for the next MSU-RRTC Vision Specialist class. More information about this graduate certificate program is available through the RRTC website: http://www.blind.msstate.edu/training/training/vision-specialist/.
